Concerning disadvantaged customers and the ongoing SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, we launched an electricity/gas supply contract for consumers with severe disabilities in August 2020. Customers with this contract are preferentially treated in customer centres and call centres, they have priority vis-à-vis other customers. The contract also offers reduced monthly fixed charges and can be negotiated by a consumer with a severe disability or by a consumer sharing the household with such a disadvantaged person.
