Leading the Charge explores how Europe’s power industry is accelerating towards a future of clean, sustainable energy. The vision is for a continent powered by renewables, with a goal to fully decarbonise well before 2050.

This series examines the complete sector transformation needed to make this a reality, through the eyes of those leading the charge. It focuses on new business models, technologies, infrastructure and storage – and the increasingly engaged role that consumers will play. Filmed across 12 countries, the series brings together a diverse group of industry players to share their stories of innovation, cooperation, reinvention and leadership.
